Privacy is a founding value of this house, not a compliance afterthought. This statement describes how Black Stallion (a Jack Black Business venture, South Africa) treats personal information, in the spirit and letter of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What this website collects

This website is a static publication. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Standard, transient technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for security purposes only.

What you send us

If you write to the secretariat, we receive what you choose to send. We use it solely to respond and, where you ask for it, to notify you of product allocations. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not request.

Retention

We keep the minimum information required, for the shortest time necessary, after which correspondence is deleted from active systems.

Your rights

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw any consent you gave, at any time.

Write to the secretariat and your request will be handled with the discretion this house is built on.
